AI Governance, in plain terms
Clear rules for what your AI is allowed to do.
AI Governance means setting the do's and don'ts for the AI your business uses: what it may do and what it may not, what information it can access, when a person has to approve something before it happens, and how its behaviour is checked and corrected over time. It applies to any AI tool or system your business relies on, whether that's a chatbot, your existing CRM, software from another provider or something Ovoras built. Good governance won't make AI perfect, but it keeps it working within the boundaries your business has set.
Evolve and Operate
Running your systems, or changing how you use technology.
Operate is about running the business well: CRM systems, workflows, integrations and automation, including AI automation. Evolve is about the bigger picture of AI and new technology: deciding where it fits, introducing it into the systems you already have, setting the rules it follows and helping your team use it. Many businesses use both, and as with every part of Ovoras, you can start wherever it makes the most sense.
