Every review on ovoras.com comes from a real, verified client. This page explains how reviews are collected, checked, and used.
01Purpose of this policy
Ovoras publishes reviews from real clients so that anyone considering working with us can see genuine, verified feedback rather than anonymous or invented quotes. This policy explains how that works, from who can leave a review through to how a published review may be used.
02Who can leave a review
Only someone with a real, authenticated Ovoras Workspace account can submit a review. We do not accept anonymous public reviews, and a review should reflect that account holder's own genuine experience working with Ovoras, not someone else's.
03Review limits
Each Workspace account may submit up to two reviews, for the lifetime of that account. This keeps our review pages a genuine reflection of client experience across different projects, rather than any one account dominating the page.
04What we ask for in a review
When you submit a review, we ask for a star rating from one to five, a short title, a written review of at least 20 characters, and which of Build, Grow, Operate or Evolve the review relates to. You may optionally add your company name and up to three photos.
05Moderation
Every review is checked by our team before it appears publicly. This is to confirm it reflects a genuine experience and meets the guidelines below, not to filter out honest criticism. A review that does not meet our guidelines may be declined rather than published.
06Content guidelines
A review should be honest, written by the person who had the experience, and free of content that is defamatory, abusive, or discloses confidential information about any business, yours or anyone else's. Reviews should not be exchanged for payment, discounts, or any other incentive; we want every review on our site to reflect a genuine, uncompensated opinion.
07Categorisation
Each review is tagged under one or more of our four service areas, Build, Grow, Operate or Evolve, based on the work it describes. Where a project genuinely spans more than one area, such as a new website that also included search visibility work, Ovoras may tag a review under more than one category so it appears correctly when someone filters our reviews page.
08Edits and corrections
Before a review is approved, our team may correct obvious spelling, grammar or formatting issues, or adjust its category, without changing what you actually said. Once a review has been approved and published, its written content becomes fixed and is not altered, other than removing it entirely if it is later found to breach these guidelines, or adjusting its category as described above.
09Featured reviews
We may choose to feature certain published reviews more prominently on our site, for example on our homepage. Being featured, or not, has no bearing on a review's rating or its visibility in our full reviews list.
10Photos
Any photo you attach to a review should be one you have the right to share, and should not identify other people who have not agreed to appear in it.
11Removal and complaints
You can ask us to remove your own review at any time by contacting us, and we will do so. If you believe a published review about your own business is inaccurate or breaches this policy, contact us and we will look into it.
12How reviews are used
Once published, a review, along with your name, company (if provided), rating, and any photos, appears publicly on ovoras.com and may also be referenced in our marketing or on our social media channels, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
