A new update, a document or a reply reaches you as a notification in the workspace and, once enabled, as a push notification on your phone or desktop. You decide which ones you receive.
Security and privacy

Company-level privacy
Each workspace only ever shows its own company's projects, documents and conversations. Access rules are enforced on the server, not just in the app.
Personal accounts
Everyone signs in with their own account. Team members join by invitation from Ovoras, never by sharing a password.
Google Cloud infrastructure
Built on Firebase by Google, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.
The app
Install it like any other app.
Ovoras Workspace installs straight from your browser, with no app store needed. It gets its own icon, opens full screen and can send push notifications.
Desktop, Chrome or Edge
- Open your Ovoras workspace.
- Click the install icon in the address bar, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Install Ovoras.
- Ovoras opens in its own window, with an icon ready for next time.
iPhone and Android
- Open your workspace in Safari or Chrome.
- Tap Share (iPhone) or the ⋮ menu (Android).
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
